Remember to give humble targets and practice patience, your body will take time to adapt to this new routine and then get accustomed to it and eventually, will show results. Once you have started your not so wonderful but also not painful journey, you need to, from time to time, counsel yourself and keep calm, your dream body or prefect figure won’t be achieved in a single month or a week. The 7-day  or 15-day challenge is not where you should focus. The mantra is to smile and do this, the more you enjoy the less task-like this whole transformation is going to look.
